Swan Advisory Group  /  Terms

Terms of use.

The terms for using swanadvisorygroup.com and for our appointment text messages. Effective October 9, 2026.

Text messaging terms

Program. Swan Advisory Group Appointment Reminders. When you book a conversation and agree to receive text messages, Swan Advisory Group LLC sends texts about that appointment: a confirmation, reminders before it, and notices if it changes.

  • Frequency. Message frequency varies by booking, typically up to three messages per appointment.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you have opted out, and no further texts unless you agree again.
  • Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@swanadvisorygroup.com or (725) 325-5265.
  • Age. You must be 18 or older to sign up for these text messages. By agreeing, you confirm that you are at least 18.
  • Consent is optional. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or of working with us. You will still receive appointment details by email.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your number is covered in our privacy policy. We never share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
